New York, NY… Christopher J. Pogan has joined Salenger, Sack, Kimmel & Bavaro, LLP (SSK&B) as an associate in the firm’s Manhattan office. SSK&B concentrates its practice in personal injury and medical malpractice law, with offices in Manhattan and Woodbury, New York. Partner Jeffrey Kimmel made the announcement.

Previously Chris was an associate at a Long Island personal injury firm where he also interned while in law school. As an associate at SSK&B, Chris will support the litigation team in all aspects of trial preparation, including subpoenas, depositions, drafting pleadings and motion practice.
Chris earned his juris doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of New York in 2009 and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern District of New York in 2010. A native and longtime resident of Hicksville, Long Island, Chris attended Adelphi University Honors College as a Provost Scholar and graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration cum laude. While attending Adelphi University, he interned for former Nassau County Comptroller Howard Weitzman. Chris is an active member of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America and currently lives in Westbury.
