New York, NY – Robert Sack, a founding partner at the New York law firm of Salenger, Sack, Kimmel & Bavaro, LLP (SSK&B), will be honored by the New York City Trial Lawyers Association (NYCTLA) with its Lifetime Achievement Award next month. For 78 years, NYCTLA has annually honored a member of the Bar and a member of the Judiciary with its Lifetime Achievement and Harlan Fiske Stone awards respectively. Bob Sack will be recognized alongside the Honorable Barbara R. Kapnick, Supreme Court Justice, 1st Judicial District with a gala reception Thursday, October 25 at New York’s Tribeca Rooftop.

Prior to starting the firm, Bob Sack honed his skills in the profession while working first as a claims adjuster, and later as a defense attorney for a leading insurance company. He served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and sits on the Board of Governors of the New York City Trial Lawyers Association.
A Dean’s list graduate of Hunter College, Bob was elected to the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame as a varsity basketball player. He earned his J.D. at Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Sack is admitted to the Bar in New York and the United States Federal Courts. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He was also an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Queensborough Community College.
