Dan Balducci Of CA Technologies Elected Chairman of the Board
Bethpage, NY – Earlier this month officers were elected to Bethpage Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors, with Don Balducci named Chairman of the Board. Balducci succeeds Robert Kelly, who served as Chair from 2011-2014.
An experienced performance consultant, Don Balducci is Senior Advisor for Talent Development at CA Technologies (formerly Computer Associates), where he is responsible for the development and delivery of management and leadership programs, as well as performance acceleration projects. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and education from Hofstra University, joining CA Technologies in 1981, where he worked in programming, marketing, and data center operations before taking on supervisory and management roles.
A resident of Bethpage, NY where he and his wife Rosanne raised their three daughters, Don began his service with Bethpage in 1999 as one of Bethpage’s first Associate Directors. He was elected a member of the Board in 2003, and has subsequently held the positions of Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and now, Chair.
Balducci will work closely with the Bethpage Board of Directors, comprised of key industry leaders and business professionals, to ensure that Bethpage maintains its position as the largest credit union in New York State and theleading financial institution on Long Island.
