Top producing agent/mentor to manage sales in Cold Spring Harbor office
Cold Spring Harbor, NY– Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, has named veteran agent Deborah Hauser sales manager for its Cold Spring Harbor, New York office. Daniel Gale Sotheby’s President and CEO Patricia J. Petersen made the announcement.
“We are delighted that Deborah is joining our next generation of management,” said Ms. Petersen. “Not only is she one of our top producing agents; as a director of our very successful Business Development program, Deborah has demonstrated her tremendous value as a coach for both new and experienced agents.”
Upon joining DGSIR in 2002, Deborah Hauser quickly established herself in real estate. She has consistently been recognized among the top producers in the organization, and in 2006 first earned membership in the exclusive Gold Circle of Excellence, which represents the highest level of sales achievement at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s. As a director of the Business Development program, the production of program participants has increased by 183% under her tutelage.
Perhaps Deborah comes by her talent naturally, as her mother, Carol Tintle, is a SVP and regional manager at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s. “My mother helped me to understand the work ethic that’s involved in a successful real estate career,” attests Deborah. “To do well in sales of any type requires a commitment of time and a dedication to your clients.”
“Deb made her career choice with her eyes wide open, having witnessed what it takes to be successful from an early age,” muses Ms. Tintle. “Evidently, she learned her lessons well.”
