New York, NY – The four name partners at the New York City law firm of Salenger, Sack, Kimmel & Bavaro, LLP (SSK&B) have once again been named to the annual New York Super Lawyers list, which will be published in the October 7, 2012 edition of The New York Times Sunday Magazine. The Super Lawyer designation is awarded to the top five percent of outstanding attorneys in New York State who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Marvin Salenger, who has appeared on the list for six consecutive years and is ranked among the Top 100 attorneys in the state by Super Lawyers, is also the subject of an in-depth profile in the New York Super Lawyers publication this year. A founding partner of the firm, Marvin has successfully tried hundreds of cases and is a regular commentator and expert source for journalists and broadcast media, having appeared on “Today” and “Inside Edition,” among other news shows. As a litigator, Joseph Bavaro has earned the respect of both his peers and the judiciary. Two high-ranking judges, The Honorable A. Gail Prudenti and the Honorable C. Randall Hinrichs, respectively, selected Joe for the Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commission and a select task force charged with making the county’s Supreme Court more efficient.
