Closed Transaction on Whitewood Point
Cold Spring Harbor, NY…Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, successfully brokered and yesterday closed the sale of Whitewood Point, a magnificent waterfront estate set on 54+-acres. Located in Lloyd Harbor, New York, the property was both listed and sold by Daniel Gale Sotheby’s agents.

Whitewood Point’s centerpiece 18-room brick colonial, attributed to the celebrated architect Stanford White (McKim, Mead and White) is set atop a bluff on close to 55 acres of pristine woods with its own 2,600-foot protected sandy beach and expansive views west over Cold Spring Harbor and Long Island Sound.
