Following a successful career with a major New York public relations firm, Pat joined Daniel Gale in 1974 and became a top-producing agent. She was named Vice President and General Manager in 1985 and President and CEO in 1991.

Pat is personally active with many community organizations including Heckscher Museum, the DNA Learning Center, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory; and Huntington Hospital (Board of Directors).
